Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the LTD Vale XXI (Midea Saburtalo) online store and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and payment. All prices are shown in Georgian Lari (₾) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Bank of Georgia (Visa / Mastercard / Amex).

3. Orders. An order is confirmed after successful payment; you will receive an order confirmation.

4. Delivery. Delivery terms and timeframes are agreed at checkout or by phone.

5. Warranty and returns. Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty stated on each product page. Returns are handled in accordance with Georgian consumer legislation.

6. Personal data. Personal data is processed only to fulfil orders, in line with our privacy policy.
