Heating

Heating designed for your property

Building or renovating and planning a new heating system? We start with what the property needs, not with choosing a boiler or a radiator: which rooms need heating, how they will be used and what level of comfort you expect.

If you already have a heating system that isn't working well, we first find the cause of the problem and only then decide on the next step.

What matters when choosing a solution

  • Gas boiler — whether a gas connection is possible, the heating load and the hot water demand.
  • Heat pump for water-based heating — the building's heat losses, the selected model's performance at design conditions, the power supply and the required flow temperature.
  • Radiators and underfloor heating — how rooms are used, the layout, floor and wall finishes, temperature control and compatibility with the heat source.
  • Hot water cylinder — simultaneous demand, stored volume and recovery time, the link to the heating system and how long you wait for hot water at the tap.
  • Existing system — the actual problem: not enough or uneven heat, inconvenient controls, how the equipment is running, or whether it needs replacing.

Heating: frequently asked questions

Boiler or heat pump: which should I choose?

It depends on the building: floor area, insulation, available gas and electricity, and how the rooms are used. We choose the heat source after studying the plan and the task.

Can a house be heated by underfloor heating only?

Underfloor heating can be the main heating or work together with radiators. We choose the option based on the plan and the use of each room.

Do you work with existing heating systems?

Yes. First we look at how the existing system works, then we propose an upgrade or a replacement.

How much does a heating system cost?

We calculate the cost after studying the building: area, plan, heat source and heat emitters. Send us the plan and describe the task.

How to start

1

Tell us the type of property, its area and what you need.

2

We clarify the input data and agree the next step: a consultation, a calculation or a site visit.

3

After the technical review we agree the scope of the offer: equipment, works, timing and price.

For a first enquiry this is enough:

“Property: … / Area: … / What needs solving: …”

If you have a floor plan or photos, send them. If not, you can still start by describing the task.
