What does turnkey work include?
Design of building engineering systems (MEP): heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and sewerage. Then procurement, installation, commissioning and handover.
At what stage should VALE XXI be involved?
At the design stage, so engineering decisions are coordinated with the architecture before construction starts. We also join projects under construction and existing buildings.
What kind of buildings do you work on?
Residential buildings up to 19 floors, offices, hotels, industrial sites and private houses. Our office is in Tbilisi, Saburtalo.
Which equipment do you use?
Midea climate systems: VALE XXI is Midea's engineering partner. GeoAqua wastewater treatment plants on KANN equipment, with capacity from 50 m³ per day.
