From design to handover
Design
Heating and air-conditioning design based on the building layout and the use of each space.
Procurement
Midea VRF outdoor and indoor units, refrigerant lines and materials.
Installation
Lines and indoor units installed before the ceilings were closed, in step with the construction schedule.
Commissioning and handover
System commissioning and handover.

Why VRF
Why a VRF system was chosen
A VRF system connects many indoor units to one outdoor unit and lets each room run its own mode. That suits an office building where spaces are used in different ways.
Ducted units are hidden above the ceiling, so only the grilles are visible in the interior.
