Who processes your data

What we collect

Only what you provide in forms, selectors, orders or messages: name, phone, e-mail, city and district of the property, property type and area, description of the task, attached plans, order and delivery details. The site also uses cookies and Google Analytics for anonymous visit statistics.

Why

To answer your request, select equipment, prepare a quote and invoice, and carry out the order, installation, service and warranty. We send marketing messages only with your separate consent.

Legal basis

Your consent, given with the checkbox in the form; concluding and performing a contract; obligations under Georgian law (e.g. accounting and tax records).

Who we share it with

Only those involved in handling your request: our engineers and installers, suppliers and delivery service, the bank for payments (Bank of Georgia), and the services the site and our request handling run on (hosting, Google Workspace, Make). If you write to us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, Meta also processes the data under its own rules. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Requests without a contract: no longer than 2 years after the last contact. Contract and order data: as long as Georgian law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold, get a copy, correct or delete it, restrict processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] or call us; we reply within 10 working days. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).

Security

Only staff who need the data for their work can access it. The site uses HTTPS.
